Hydroxypropyl-?-Cyclodextrin for Delivery of Sinapic Acid via Inclusion Complex Prepared by Solvent Evaporation Method

نویسندگان

چکیده

The goal of this study was to increase the aqueous solubility and dissolution rate sinapic acid (SA) by formulating binary inclusion complex (BIC) SA with hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin (HP?CD) using solvent evaporation (SE) technology. phase studies were conducted determine in vitro release SA. In addition, prepared characterized for solid state characterization techniques such as DSC, PXRD, SEM, FTIR. Moreover, SA-BIC evaluated its antioxidant activity. Results revealed that can be shown improve a change HP?CD concentration. About 2.59 times higher water noticed presence (10 mM). Dissolution demonstrated 34.11 ± 4.51% released from physical mixture (BPM), while maximum 46.27 2.79% observed SE method. distinctive properties when compared pure SA, which different analytical methods, FTIR, evidence into cavity. Further, it displayed stronger DPPH radical scavenging activity than conclusion, technology considerably enhanced complexity HP?CD, these observations could help heighten solubility, may lead better bioavailability.

Solid State Characterization of Domperidone: Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex

The purpose of the present study was to prepare inclusion complex of domperidone with hydroxylpropyl-β-cyclodextrin in order improved the solubility and hence to increase dissolution of domperidone. An effect of concentration of hydroxylpropyl-β-cyclodextrin on the aqueous solubility of domperidone was determined by phase-solubility method. The aqueous solubility of domperidone increased as a f...

Sulfisoxazole/cyclodextrin inclusion complex incorporated in electrospun hydroxypropyl cellulose nanofibers as drug delivery system.

Herein, hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HPβCD) inclusion complex (IC) of a hydrophobic drug, sulfisoxazole (SFS) was incorporated in hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) nanofibers (HPC/SFS/HPβCD-IC-NF) via electrospinning. SFS/HPβCD-IC was characterized by DSC to investigate the formation of inclusion complex and the stoichiometry of the complex was determined by Job's plot. Modeling studies were al...

Hollow Colloidosomes Prepared Using Accelerated Solvent Evaporation

We demonstrate a new, scalable, simple, and generally applicable two-step method to prepare hollow colloidosomes. First, a high volume fraction oil-in-water emulsion was prepared. The oil phase consisted of CH2Cl2 containing a hydrophobic structural polymer, such as polycaprolactone (PCL) or polystyrene (PS), which was fed into the water phase. The water phase contained poly(vinylalcohol), poly...
